Fixing Material B334 / B351K

for forge-welded gratings with locking. Consisting of:

• Clamp upper part
• Bolt, nut and plastic locking ring

Bolt length at least grating height plus 40 mm.

This fastening material prevents a slippage of the grating from the substructure even when the bolt is loosened and can be mounted from above.

Threaded bolt fixing B433T

Consisting of:

• Round plate top with firmly conected threaded sleeve made of brass or aluminium
• Setting bolt

This fixing unit is also available compeletely in stainless steel. .

Welded bolt fixing B533K

Consisting of:

• Clamp upper part deep drawn (on request with deep drawn plate)
• Welded studs galvanized including ceramic ring
• Nut and plastic locking ring 

This fixing material prevents a slippage of the grating from the substructure even when the bolt is loosened and can b emounted from above.

This fixing fits mesh spacing ranging from approx. 25 to 40 mm.

Clamp upper part XOK133

Consisting of:

• Clamp upper part XOK 133 as an individual part for a direct mount

As a connecting element on site, metric or self-tapping screws are to be used.

Fixing with perforated plates B270

Consisting of:

• welded perforated plate

Screw fixing on site.

This fixing material is particularly suitable for vehicle-accessible gratings.

Standard fixing material B133T and B133K

Consisting of:

• Clamp upper part or round plate top
• Clamp lower part
• Bolt, nut and plastic locking ring

This fixing is also available in stainless steel. Bolt length at least grating height plus 30 mm. 

This fixing material can be mounted from above from a mesh spacing of 33 mm and is - if desired - available with raised sill flap. Under the provisions of BG, only permitted if an additional on-site security against shifting is present.  

Hook bolt fixing B733T und B733K

Consisting of:

• Clamp upper part or round plate top
• Hook bolt, fitted to the substructure
• Bolt M8 x 90, nut and plastic locking ring

The profile of the substructure must be specified. This fixing naterial can be assembled from above. 

Hook bolt fixing B833T and B833K

Consisting of: 

• Clamp upper part or round plate top
• Hook bolt, fitted to the substructure
• Bolt M8 x 90, nut and plastic locking ring

The profile of the substructure must be specified. This fixing material can be assembled from above. 

Double clamp fixing B933T and B933K

Consisting of:

• Clamp upper part or round plate top
• Clamp lower part - bolt, nut and plastic locking ring

Bolt length at least grating height plus 30 mm. The double clamping connection connects adjacent gratings in places that are prone to greater defelctions. It prevents the occurrence of tripping hazards. 

Plastic locking ring

leads to an improvement of bolt connection.

Safety hook / Fixing B11

Consisting of: 

• Safety hook with threaded end of stainless steel
• Stainless steel nut
• Screw anchor including plastic anchor plugs

Safety chain / Fixing B12.1

Consisiting of:

• Securing chain, 500 to 1000 mm
• Screw anchor including plastic anchor plugs

Socket spanner lock / Fixing B13

Fixing B13.1
with square box spanner 7 including facing brackets. Version B13.1 can be operated from above and from below. (illustration: closed from above)

Fixing B13.2 
with square box spanner 8 including facing bracket (also for heavy-duty gratings). This version is available in galvanized steel and stainless steel. 

Fixing B13.3 
with square box spanner 8 can be bolted on to grating in subsequent installation. Suitable for gratings with a mesh spacing of 33,33 mm and grating height of 25, 30 and 40 mm.

Fixing B14.1
with inside square for socket spanner closure No. 13.1 with square box spanner 7.

Fixing B14.2
with inside square for socket spanner closure No. 13.2 and 13.3 with square bos spanner 8.

Hinge B15

Consisting of:

• 2 hinges and 1 hinge bolt
• U-waschers
• 2 split pins

Heavy hinge versions for vehicle-accesible gratings on request. The hinges are welded flush with the upper edge of the grating at an opening angle of approx. 90°. Larger opening angle can lead to a protuberance of the hinge.
