Spiral staircases Type-LG Express
We manufacture the spiral staircases, type LG Express in a hot-dip galvanized version according to DIN EN ISO 1461 within 10 working days. Our modular system can be used anywhere where a height of 4 m is not exceeded and you can manage with a rectangular standardised access landing.
Despite the short delivery time and the standardised landings, each staircase is adjusted to the structural situation with regard to the inclination and the coiling.

The stairs type LG Express are manufactured in 1600, 1800 and 2000 mm diameters. The standpipe is divided into lengths of up to 2 m and is assembled during the installation. The treads and landings are screwed onto the standpipe. In this design, the standpipe can be connected securely with the foundation and the building structure during assembly starting with the landing. Only then are the treads with the railing elements and handrails mounted.
The stairs are designed for a load of 3.0 kN/m2 and 2.0 of single load according to DIN 1055-3, category T1.
