Element butt fixing No. 27

This fixing prevents formation of tripping edges on non-bolted elements with large spans and increases the load distribution.

Consisting of:

Connection clamp No. 27

This fixing prevents a different deflection of loaded and unloaded gratings, so a tripping edge > 4 mm cannot occur.

Direct screw connection No. 26

This fixing establishes a secure connection to the substructure, consisting of: 

• Countersunk screw M8 x ... ISO 2009 (DIN 965)
• Washer 9 DIN 126
• Nut M8 ISO 7042 (DIN 980), self locking

Clamping Claw No. 34

This fixing is used for fastening of perforated metal planks on the substructure. Through the screw M12 with an appropriate tightening torque, the grating is pressed with defined clamping force on the steel construction. As a result, a defined horizontal force is transferred and secures the gratings against lifting. Consisting of:

• curved flat 50 x 8 mm
• Screw M12 x ... ISO 4017 (DIN 933)
• Washer 13 DIN 126 and nut M12 ISO 7042 (DIN 980), self-locking  

Butt joint No. 24

This fixing is used as borehole-less fastening of perforated metal planks with simultaneous distancing to the substructure.

Consisting of:

• 2 clamping brackets
• Threaded bars with 3 countersunk screws M8 x ... nach ISO 7050 (DIN 7982)
• 2 Olives

Consisiting of:

• Clamping lower part
• Countersunk screw M8 x 20 ISO 2009 (DIN 965)

Hook screw fixing No. 22

Fixing for perforated metal planks on vertical support profiles without bottom flange, consisting of: 

• Clamping lower part 
• Counter Sunk screw M8 ... ISO 2009 (DIN 965)
• the profile of substructure must be specified upon

Fixing material No. 23 as per No. 22, but with vertical support profiles with bottom flange

S-Clamp No. 25

Consisiting of:

• S-hook (fits on a substructure with a 9 mm maximum flange thickness)
• Countersunk screw M8 x ... ISO 2009 (DIN 965)

Angle fixing No. 30

This fixing prevents displacement of perforated metal plank. Consisting of: 

• Bracket piece 30/30/3 ... 50 mm long
• 2 thread-forming screws M5 x 20 DIN 7516

Butt strap No. 31 

Suitable for connecting grating elements together at thrust and areas of restricted load transmission.

Olive No. 32

Fixing upper part fpr BZ perforated metal planks. Material grey cast iron without surface treatment or made of synthetic PA 6.6.
